No, training plans in Planisware Academy is open to current Planisware customers and partners only.
If you do not work for a Planisware customer or partner, you may still request to join the training Program and get certified by filling out the pre-registration form. Form submissions are subject to approval by Planisware. The best way for validation is to use your business email and pay by credit card.
Yes. There is no limit to the number of people from one organization participating in the training plan.

3. If you qualify, Planisware will contact you regarding payment information.
4. Registration is confirmed to the training plan once payment is received in Planisware Academy, or a Purchase Order is underway (see the "Payment Information" section below for more information).
The Planisware Administrator Learning Plan costs $3500 / 3000€ and the Planisware Enterprise Power User costs $1250 / 1000€. Each one is valid for 12 months. The Adminstrator Learning Plan includes an attempt to do an exam at the end of each learning path, in which you will get a certification.
The annual renewal fee for the Administrator Learning Plan is $1750 / 1500€. The Power User does not have a renewal option.
Your membership for the Administrator Learning Plan is due for renewal one year from your initial subscription date. The Power User does not have a membership program, and thus access ends with one year.
You can renew your subscription to the Administrator Learning Plan within Planisware Academy on the day of renewal, or request for a PO to be completed.
Please contact email@example.com to cancel your membership. No refunds are given if you cancel before your renewal date.
If you cancel your membership to the Certification Program, you cannot re-register for the following 3 years (36 months), or you may be asked to pay the unpaid membership fees.

No. The Planisware training plans are only offered in English at this time.

Access to weekly live Q&A sessions.
One attempt at an exam corresponding to the learning paths within the Administrator learning Plan.
If you pass the exam, you will be awarded the Planisware Certification corresponding to the learning path.
All training courses are pre-recorded and available on an online training platform.
The courses are led by a Planisware expert (employee). Each course includes user stories related to the course topic.
There are four paths: Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert. Each path offers an exam (MCQ), and a passing score on the exams offer a certification.
Live Q&A Sessions
We hold live Q&A sessions with a Planisware expert who will answer any questions you have related to the training materials. Anyone enrolled in the Administrator Learning Plan has access to these live Q&A sessions.
Our live Q&A sessions are scheduled weekly to cover individual topics. Here you're welcome to ask any questions, even if it's not related to the topic of focus for that session.
Members will get email notifications from Planisware Academy to join a live Q&A session, with instructions on how to register within Planisware Academy.
We record all sessions. Active Administrator Learning Plan members will be able to view the recording within Planisware Academy. Recordings are posted online within one business day following a live Q&A session.
Upon enrollment into the Administrator Learning Plan you can access your training courses and live Q&A sessions in Planisware Academy.

Yes. All exams can be taken online, anywhere in the world. Read the “When and where are the exams offered?” question for more information.
Planisware Enterprise Certified – Associate is awarded to those who have passed the Associate exam and are active members of the Certification Program.
Planisware Enterprise Certified – Contributor is awarded to those who have passed the Associate and Contributor exam, and are active members of the Certification Program.
Planisware Enterprise Certified – Specialist is awarded to those who have passed the Associate, Contributor and Specialist exam, and are active members of the Certification Program.
Planisware Enterprise Certified – Expert is awarded to those who have passed the Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert exam, and are active members of the Certification Program.
Certification comes with:
A certificate, which displays your name, the certification received, and validation period, signed off by our Program Director.
A credential showing you're certified, and what level of certification you received.
Certifications are held by individuals; you will take your certification with you.
Upon successfully passing an exam, you will receive an electronic certificate of achievement.
You will be able to mention the Planisware Certification on networking sites, your business cards and email signature to showcase your achievement using the credential also provided to you.

Open badges are web-enabled versions of a credential, certification or learning outcome which can be verified in real-time, online.
Once you meet the criteria of passing your exam, you will automatically be issued your credential and receive an email to claim it.
We have partnered with Credly to translate the learning outcomes you’ve demonstrated into a badge, issued and managed through the company digital badging platform. The technology Credly uses is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global. This enables you to manage, share and verify your competencies digitally.
Representing your skills as a badge gives you a way to share your abilities online in a way that is simple, trusted and can be easily verified in real time. Badges provide employers and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your credential and what you’re now capable of. Credly also offers labor market insights, based on your skills. You can search and apply for job opportunities right through Credly.
Credly is the end-to-end solution for issuing and managing digital credentials. Credly works with credible organizations to provide digital credentials to individuals, worldwide.
You will receive an email notification from Credly (firstname.lastname@example.org) with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.
You can easily configure your privacy settings in Credly. You’re in complete control of the information about yourself that is made public.
No. This is a service we provide to you, at no cost.
While badges are simply digital image files, they are uniquely linked to data hosted on Credly. This link to verified data makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based certificate. It also eliminates the possibility of anyone claiming your credential and your associated identity.
You can share your badge directly from Credly to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook; over email; embedded in a website or in your email signature..
Yes, you can download your badge from the Share Badge page. Your downloaded badge contains Open Badge Infrastructure (OBI) compliant metadata embedded into the image. This allows you to store your badge on other OBI-compliant badge sites, such as the Badgr Backpack.
The Planisware Certification credentials remain valid for 2 years upon completion of the exam. To remain certified, you need to maintain a subscription to the learning plan which the certification credential is affiliated with, as well as take an exam again once the 2 year mark approaches.
Planisware will send you an email when your Planisware Certification credential is nearing expiration and recertification is required.
If you do not recertify at the required time, you may not refer to yourself as Planisware Certified, and if we receive a request to confirm your Planisware Certification credentials, we will confirm your Planisware Certification credential is no longer valid.
Preparation & Registration for the exams
You should have familiarity with and/or be responsible for administration (business or system), or implementing and configuring the system.
Experience using Planisware in various scenarios and data sets is critical to success.
Customer platform can be SaaS or on-premise.
It’s recommended one has at least 1 year of Planisware experience to attempt the exams.

No, but the training courses will help you prepare for the exam.
Pre-registration is open all year. There is no deadline to pre-register and enroll in the training plans.
You can register for the Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert exams in Planisware Academy. These exams will be available upon completing all the necessary courses and its contents within the training plan.
Currently, all exams in the Administrator Learning Plan are based on Planisware E7.
The Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert exams can be taken online within Planisware Academy. It is a timed, 30 minutes, multiple choice question exam.
The Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert exams can be located within their respective training plans in Planisware Academy.
There is no schedule for the Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert exams. These exams can be taken at your convenience in Planisware Academy.
If you do not complete the test, you will have to pay the retake fee to take it again.
The Planisware Certification exams are only offered in English at this time.

No, sharing exam questions is forbidden.
For the Associate, Contributor, Specialist and Expert exams, you will receive your results upon completing the exam in Planisware Academy.
You are able to retake the exam again, but you’ll have to pay the retake fee for each attempt.
If you’re curious about which topics you missed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Planisware expert will let you know which topics you did not pass in order for you to continue practicing your skills.
Yes you have to retake the exam(s) every two years. This is because the Certification Credentials are valid for only two years.
The first retake to maintain credentials does not come with a fee. If you do not pass the retake to maintain credentials, a fee will be collected in order to retake the exam again.
There is no deadline to pay.
If paying by credit card, you will instantly get access to the training programs upon completing payment in Planisware Academy.
If paying through a Purchase Order or other means outside of Planisware Academy, you will receive access once payment is underway.

Your renewal date is one year after your subscription start date.
