EVENT INFORMATION

What is the Planisware User Summit?
The Planisware User Summit North America is a unique opportunity to meet the Planisware community - customers, partners & Planisware employees - for a jam-packed two day-event. With more than 270+ PPM & IT Professionals from the world's largest companies, over 35 sessions and countless networking opportunities, this is the can't miss event for Planisware users.

Who should attend the Planisware User Summit?
This conference is open to all Planisware customers and partners.

REGISTRATION

How much does the User Summit cost?
Registration is free for all active Planisware customers. Register now!

Partners have two options for attending:
   1) Purchase an individual pass (2 max per organization), or
   2) Become a sponsor, which includes 2 passes (3 max per organization).

What is included in my registration?
Access to full 2-day conference (May 27-28) and sessions and:

  • Breakfast and lunch both days
  • Welcome reception Tuesday evening (May 26)
  • Dinner Wednesday night (May 27)

I've registered online. Now what? Where is my ticket?
You should receive a registration confirmation email showing your e-ticket. Your ticket is an electronic ticket, generated by bizzabo, our event app integrator. Later you will be able to download our Planisware event app to view your e-ticket easily. You will need to show your e-ticket & QR code on your app to check in at the User Summit. If you don't have a smart phone, please contact Sarah by May 1 to arrange check-in (sarah.kmetz@planisware.com).

How do I get the event app? When will it be available?
The event app is not available yet - you will receive notification once it is available, closer to the User Summit date.

Once the event app is live, you will be able to view your e-ticket, sign up for breakout sessions and connect with other attendees.

AGENDA & GROUP MEETINGS

When will the full agenda be published?
The agenda is being updated regularly. Check back on our webpage for updates. We will send monthly communication with agenda updates.

I'm interested in presenting a business case or leading a round table discussion with peers.

I'm part of the BioPharma or NPD Best Practices Working Group. Are they meeting?
Yes, both working groups will be meeting on Friday, May 29! Exact agenda will be released later. For more info, contact sarah.kmetz@planisware.com.

I'm interested in joining the BioPharma or NPD Best Practices Working Group.
For the BioPharma group, contact Aimee (aimee.rodrigues@planisware.com). For the NPD group, contact Keith (keith.duncan@planisware.com).

I'm part of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB). When is this group meeting?
The CAB will meet on Thursday, May 28 in the afternoon until 5pm. Contact Gilles (gilles.almeras@planisware.com) for more information.

TRAINING & CERTIFICATION SESSIONS

Will there be training at the User Summit?
Yes! We plan to hold 2 boot camps on Scheduling and Intro to PEX. These will begin in the afternoon on Thursday, May 28 (day 2 of the summit) and end on Friday, May 29 around 3pm. 

We also plan to hold some end user training sessions in the afternoon on Thursday, May 28 (day 2 of the summit) and end on Friday, May 29 mid-day.

These training sessions will be at a cost for attendees. More details to come later - watch out for emails from us!

Will there be any meet-up for Certification or Power User Trainging members?
Yes, we are planning a session or two for program members. If you have any suggestions, please email Sarah at sarah.kmetz@planisware.com.
