How to register and training format
Trainings are 2 hour sessions that are repeated during the day. Sessions are provided either in French or English depending on the slot.
During registration, you are invited to make your selection of session (150€ excl. VAT/session).
A. Planisware 6.3: new Features and Functional enhancements
What's new with Planisware ? In this session, discover features and enhancements of the upcoming Planisware 6.3.
B. Supporting Scaled Agile and Agile methodologies within Planisware
This session will detail how you can address Scaled Agile and Agile methodology support within Planisware through examples of template implementations and key practices found on the field. This training session will also discuss integration with Atlassian's Jira software.
C. Project Portfolio, Strategic Buckets and Programme Management
The strategic bucket (budget envelops) and programme management are two key modules of the Planisware suite that combines a wide array of components such as roadmaps, P&Ls, work packages management... Join this training to learn how to build a programme level roadmap, carry out competitive analysis, compare P&Ls against financial targets, analyse what-if scenarios and ultimately better align programmes and projects with the organization strategy.
D. Activetab: the Next Generation Excel Interface
Planisware's ActiveTab technology combines Excel's strengths – personal productivity – with the benefits of an enterprise software – data accuracy and consolidation capabilities. This training will explain how Planisware recognises and ingests spreadsheets, is able to link datacells as input or output to its own datamodel, and finally produce and distribute spreadsheet in order to easily consolidate them afterwards.
E. The Power of Configuration Level 1 (featuring 6.3 updates)
Planisware V6’s changes includes different configuration levels (intranet or “pro web”), creating whole new possibilities for administrators. This training will be focusing on all the new possibilities offered by Level One Configuration, for easier upgrade, faster and more flexible configuration and increased support quality.

F. Leverage AI and Big Data to Strengthen Project Estimates
Providing strong cost and resource estimates are one of the key task of project managers. In addition to more traditional methodologies (expert opinion, parametric estimation), Planisware 6.3 now offers the ability to leverage past project data to help provide estimates on current and future projects. This training will detail the prerequisites of Planisware Predictive Estimation module, explore how to use it and introduce several side use such as data quality assessment.
Workshop: Eight Principles for Successful Distributed Agile Teams
The common advice for a distributed agile team is, “Don’t do that!” And, we know that at least half of all agile teams are distributed. The common advice isn’t working or useful.
However, many agile teams have problems using agile approaches. Too often, that’s because they don’t understand the principles of successful distributed agile teams. In this workshop, we will walk through those eight principles. You’ll assess your team and we’ll consider options for how you might take small steps to increase your team’s success.
