How to register and training format
Trainings are 2 hour sessions that are repeated during the day. Sessions are provided either in French or English depending on the slot.
During registration, you are invited to make a selection of up to 2 sessions per half day (150€ incl. VAT each).
A. Scaling Excel with ActiveTab
Excel enables your teams to create advanced models to run multiple aspects of the business. However Excel is bad at scaling when you need to collect multiple inputs and consolidate results afterwards. The ActiveTab proposition is to let your team keep Excel to model as they see fit and use ActiveTab to distribute your spreadsheets and consolidate. This workshop will present several use cases and detail how to leverage ActiveTab to help you make the best of Excel's flexibility.
B. Planisware Adoption: Onboarding New Users Made Simple
The number of persons that needs to access your project system keeps on getting bigger. Learn how to make onboarding simple for the casual user by leveraging workflows, context-based tours and options recently introduced in the solution such as work management through the Workbox, dynamic tooltips, and new menu options.
C. Agile Within: the New Way to Manage your Projects and Programs
Planisware V6.2 offers an enhanced approach to Agile, fully integrated within the project/program management modules. This workshop will include a demonstration of Agile tools in Planisware, including the Kanban board, burndown chart, requirement management and release planning dashboard.
D. Reporting with Planisware Explorer
Planisware Explorer empowers business and functional team to build their own queries and dashboards based on relevant data within Planisware. With this session, find out how to get the most out of your PEX installation, with architecture and migration guidelines, and discover some efficiency guidelines and training considerations that can be leveraged to maximize user adoption.
E. Leveraging Configuration Level 1
Planisware Level 1 provides the ability to efficiently close the gap between your needs and Planisware template implementations and screens. The webinar will walk the audience through a series of typical business problems and demonstrate how to address them through L1 configuration.

With the growing adoption of cloud applications for both productivity tools (office suites) or enterprise services (Planisware, ERPs, Directories) the challenge of integration is growing. Discover with this workshop, Planisware's various options and tools to build interfaces to third-party cloud applications.

Port de Javel Haut
We will be departing from Port de Javel Haut at 7.00pm. Dinner will be served on the boat at 8.00pm after which we will return to the port at 9.30pm. The evening ends at 10.30pm.
L'Excellence is located about 500 meters from the conference venue.
Walk south-west on Quai de Grenelle towards rue Linois. Turn right onto Quai de Grenelle. And turn left onto Port de Grenelle/Port de Javel Haut.
