What information do we collect about you?
Planisware provides a Project and Portfolio Management software solution. Collection and use of personal data is therefore limited to what is absolutely necessary to:
- Provide services to our customers
- Respond to inquiries about our solutions and services
- Reach out to the market and followers in a respectful manner
You provide personal data to Planisware when using various forms on this website and when interacting with Planisware staff.
Each form provides information about whether data is required or facultative to process your request and the aim of the form.
How can you access and review your information?
Planisware provides a dedicated Preference Center web page where you can access and update the information we have collected about you.
You can access the Preference Center by clicking on the dedicated link available at the bottom of all Planisware automated email communications (Eg. newsletters, announcements, etc.).

Do we share information we collect?
We do not sell, rent, nor loan your personal information to anybody.
We however share information under certain circumstances with specific third-parties.
Service Providers. We work with third-party service providers to provide website and application development, hosting, backup, storage, payment processing, and other services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you. If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so under close instruction from us, including policies and procedures designed to protect your information.
Compliance with Enforcement Requests and Applicable laws. We will disclose personally identifiable information only in response to legal processes or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
With your consent. We share information about you with third parties when you give us consent to do so.
How do we store and secure information we collect?
We are using data centers in the European Union (France and Germany) and in the United States of America. All data centers implement safeguards to secure your information, but we can not absolutely guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored in our systems or otherwise in our care, is safe from intrusion.
How much time do we keep personal data?
- Navigation, behavioural data tied to a person, no more than 90 days
- Personal data tied to an invalid email, no more than 3 months
- Personal information tied to a valid email, no more than 1 year after the last successful activity (email reply, web visit, personal contact, etc.). Under certain circumstances, you may receive an email warning you in advance that you will also lose access to certain services or information.
Under certain circumstances, retention could be longer (contract information, message to our service desk, support message, etc.)
While visiting or otherwise interacting with Planisware various web platforms, we may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit many of our Web pages, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows or Mac) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (ISP).
We use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our site and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience (for instance: promoting a webinar in your time zone). We also may use this information in aggregate to analyze site usage.
Please note that Planisware will honor a "Do Not Track" request provided by your browser.
We communicate with users who request information about our products and services on a regular basis via email, and we may also communicate by phone to follow up on information requests or resolve potential issues. We may use your email address to send you information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law.
Planisware provides you the opportunity to exercise an opt-out choice at any time if you do not want to receive other types of communication from us such as emails or updates from us regarding new services and products offered on this Web site. The opt-out choice may be exercised by unsubscribing. We will process your unsubscribe as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe is processed.
