It’s a truism that our lives are a series of choices. I’ll call them “options,” some pro-active and many reactive. This presentation will make the case that the same is true in the pursuit of profitable new product and services innovation. Options thinking, as opposed to “damn the torpedoes” approaches and behaviors, embraces “process” as foundational to innovation success. This presentation will make the case for frameworks with proven value for critical identification and vetting of options, both strategic and tactical.
