Jennifer Dunn

Director Customer Success, HYPE Innovation

Jennifer Dunn has more than six years of experience in early-stage innovation program management. For five years, Jennifer oversaw the enterprise innovation program at Cancer Treatment Centers of America. In this role, Jennifer worked with leaders across the organization to identify business challenges and find solutions based on collaborative and data-driven methodologies. Trained in SIT methodology and having served as the key business contact with HYPE Innovation for the past several years, Jennifer is uniquely positioned to provide internal consulting on establishing, embedding and leveraging collaborative processes in both an online venue and in person. In the past year, Jennifer has joined HYPE Innovation as an Enterprise Innovation Consultant, and has engaged with clients across several different industries, including BAE Systems, Boeing, and Mutual of Omaha.
