Health, Safety, and COVID Protocols for In-Person Attendees

We look forward to welcoming you to Exchange 22 in Denver, Colorado this May. Your safety and that of all our customers, partners, employees, and staff is our number one priority. To ensure peace of mind and to maximize safety we have created guidelines and safetey information to answer any questions you may have. Access the guidelines here.

For Denver attendees, we are requiring proof of COVID-19  vaccination AND a completed a health screening check on their first event day. Recommended but not required: wearing a face covering (we'll have disposable masks at the reception desk) during indoor meetings, and testing negative with an at-home antigen covid test before the event.

We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions regularly and coordinate with trusted national resources, state and local public health agencies, and the hotel and venues hosting our events.

For the safety of all involved in this event, proof of COVID-19  vaccination will be required. We strongly recommend attendees also have a booster dose, but a booster is not required at this time. This means that, in order to  attend Exchange22  in Denver, CO, all participants will need to be fully  vaccinated  with a FDA approved vaccine. A  list of approved vaccines can be found here.

This event will be in Hybrid format. If you are unable to provide proof of vaccination, we invite you to join us online!

We are not requiring a negative PCR test before arriving at our event in Denver (unless you've had COVID recently or came in to contact with someone who tested positive), although strongly encourage all participants to take an at-home antigen test before the event. However, this could change and in-person registrants will be notified with updates.

We will require all in-person attendees to complete a health screening check on their first event day, read it here. In summary, it states you have not tested posivite for COVID-19 within 2 weeks of the event, did not come in to close contact with someone who tested or is presumed positive, and have not had any symptoms in the past 48-hours.

We will not require masks for those attending in Denver, as Denver nor the Hilton has a mask mandate. We do strongly encourage all event participants to wear a mask when not actively eating or drinking inside. However, this could change and in-person registrants will be notified with updates.

Upon checking in for the first time in Denver, attendees will need to show proof of up-to-date vaccination with ID-card. Additionally, attendees will need to complete the COVID waiver stating they are symptom and COVID-free. Once verified, attendees will receive a badge/pin/marker to identify they have been checked.

Attendees will be required to wear their Exchange22 badge at all times.

Our venue, Hilton City Center, maintains a rigorous cleaning standard aligned with the Hilton CleanStay program. For more details on the Hilton CleanStay program, click here.

We encourage participants to social distance when possible.

We will have disposable masks and hand sanitizer for attendees. We will also have rapid COVID tests available for those who request one.

Please stay in your hotel room and email to request a rapid COVID antigen test - we can bring it to you. There are also urgent cares nearby. Review guidelines here.

Agenda, Sessions, and Networking

For those of you joining us remotely, you will need access to a computer and internet. Make sure your browser is up to date and you have a strong internet connection. Then just sit back, and enjoy!

This year we are using an event platform that works in your browser - no download required. We recommend Chrome for the best experience, but Firefox and Opera also work well. Unfortunately, other browsers, like Safari, do not support our technology yet.

If we can, we will post the video recordings and slide decks, with additional resources, in the event platform. They will also be posted in our Community Forum and Customer Portal later. Note you must have a Customer Portal account to access the forum and portal. Don't have an account? Request one here.

Session recordings will be available until August 31, 2022.

Session recordings will include: Planisware Keynote, 2nd Annual Excellence Awards, Custome Case Studies of Pfizer, Incyte and Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Customer Panels including Upgrading to E7 and Managed Services, Enterprise Training, some Enterprise workshops (Adoption, E7, and more), Orchestra Resource Management Workshop, Orchestra Workshop on latest features, and John Kocon's keynote on the PMO.

No. Any recordings available after Exchange will be available for all event registrants in the event app/platform.

Network before the event in our community forum!

Registrants will get access to the event platform before the event. Once inside the platform, you can connect with attendees, chat and video chat, request 1-on-1 meetings, and more!

For those in Denver, we will have a Planisware Village where attendees can grab a coffee, network, visit sponsors and Planisware stations, do some work, and relax.

There is no dress code. We recommend business casual (what you may wear to work at an office) for the conference meetings and sessions. Tuesday welcome reception is casual and Wednesday Appreciation Dinner is smart casual (a spin on your work attire, for example). These are just recommendations - we want you to be comforatable so please wear what works for you.

Most Exchange22 sessions (either in-person or online) are eligible for self-reporting PDUs in the Education category. Information you may need to claim your PDU can be found at For assistance with claiming your PDU, please contact

Please contact if you would like to be sent your individual session attendance report from Exhange22.
