Your day-one communication skills will enable you to present and explain complex problems in simple terms to IT and senior management. Always engaged technically, you are configuring, troubleshooting, and writing code as needed. Locations in the US

  • DENVER: This position is based in our newly opened Denver, CO office. The office is located in downtown Denver and easily accessible to public transportation.
  • GREATER PHILADELPHIA AREA: This position is based out of our East Coast office located in Trevose, PA, with direct access to Philadelphia and to the greater Princeton area. Public transportation (SEPTA, River Line or NJ North East Corridor) is available.
  • SAN FRANCISCO: This position is based in our San Francisco office, located in SF's Financial District. It’s easily accessible by BART, SF Muni and other public transportation in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree (CS, CSE, EE, MS&E, Operations Research, or equivalent) with 0 to 5 years of experience
  • Programming experience in scripting languages (JavaScript, etc.)
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (US and International)
  • A self-starter with a highly developed work ethic
  • Team player and sense of humor

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of database management and/or Linux
  • Previous experience in software implementation
  • Knowledge of portfolio and/or project management

Role

Planisware USA, Inc., a global enterprise software company, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Trevose office. This person will be responsible for providing support in the areas of server administration, user support and administration, and security. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and keep Planisware operational and secure.

Planisware technology includes a complete Web-based Project & Portfolio Management solution targeted at organizations that are looking to enhance and optimize the innovation lifecycle of bringing new products to market.

Responsibilities:
Server administration

  • Deploy server via VMware and network configuration
  • Administration of Linux and Windows server
  • Knowledge in Linux: Ubuntu, Centos, Apache, LDAP, proxy

User administration

  • Install, configure and upgrade PC software and operating systems
  • Inventory and maintain IT equipment (Desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, etc)
  • Perform preventative maintenance

User support

  • Be the first contact for all the users across North America
  • Provide day-to-day technical support
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues
  • Train end-users how to setup and use new technologies
  • Remote help to take control of end-users' computers

Security and process

  • Review the IT laptop’s process deployment and configuration
  • Schedule with end’s user IT security review
  • Familiarity with Help Desk practices (ticket systems, team environment, etc.)

Education and experience:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in technology or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in supporting a multi-user environment, with both Microsoft and Linux
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Windows 8 and 10
  • Working knowledge of network and WiFi

The HR Manager will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Planisware management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment and compliance. We are a fast-growing company that is in need of an HR professional with experience strategizing the best policies, procedures and programs to implement for current and future needs.

Essential functions:
Benefits Administration

  • Consult with management and benefit brokers to assess benefit plans and new options each renewal period
  • Enroll new hires, changes, terminations for all benefit plans
  • Coordinate annual Open Enrollment

Compensation and performance

  • Monitor, analyze and update compensation structures on a regular basis
  • Implement new performance management tool
  • Recommend and implement new initiatives for increasing retention and employee engagement
  • Keep updated record of all payroll related changes – deductions, vacation balance, salary changes, etc.

Policies and procedures

  • Develop, recommend and implement policies and procedures necessary for a growing company
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws
  • Maintain employee handbook and all written procedures

Employee relations and talent management

  • Maintain contact with employees – be aware of issues affecting morale, respond to questions regarding policies, procedures and programs

Immigration

  • Liaise with Planisware’s immigration attorney and employees in concern with their visas
  • Review all visa applications and assist in completing any documents and/or procedures required for the visa
  • Manage the administrative portion of Planisware’s internship program

Recruiting

  • Conduct recruitment effort for all positions company-wide; send offer letters
  • Conduct new hire on-boarding

Required education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum five years of previous experience in HR with at least 2 years in an HR Manager or HRBP role

  • Our senior sales executives are responsible for selling software and services to clients, prospective clients and supplier partners for the purpose of generating sales revenues and related contracts
  • Liaise with appropriate corporate resources regarding contract terms, statements of work, master service level agreements, etc.
  • Will identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes
  • Responsible for achieving sales quota

Qualifications required:
